1. What items do you take?

We remove a wide range of items including furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, and more. If you're unsure whether we can remove a specific item, feel free to contact us for clarification.

2. How does your pricing work?

Our pricing for junk removal is based on the volume of items being removed, as well as factors such as location, accessibility, hazardous material, weight of material and any additional labour required. Included in each 1/4 load is 30 minutes of labour. Our truck carries a maximum of 14 cubic yards, and is the same size that industry leaders use.

Our minimum job price is $100

Please note that items like tires, mattresses and boxsprings also have a recycling fee associated with them.

GST is applicable on all of our services.

3. Do you offer same day services

Yes, depending on our schedule and availability, we may be able to accommodate same-day service. Contact us as early as possible to inquire about availability.

4. What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Greater Vancouver. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

5. How do I schedule a pick-up?

Scheduling a service is easy! You can either call, email, text us directly OR use our online estimate system to reach us. From there we can select a date and time that works for you.

6. Do I need to be present during the removal?

It's preferred for someone to be present during the removal process to provide access to the items and answer any questions our team may have.

 

However, if you're unable to be present, we can make arrangements for access ahead of time.

Please note: Curb side pick-ups do not require a customers presence and include a 10% discount.

7. What happens to the items you remove?

We prioritize eco-friendly disposal methods whenever possible. Items in good condition may be donated to local charities, while recyclable materials are taken to appropriate facilities. Any remaining items are disposed of responsibly in accordance with local regulations.

8. Can you remove hazardous materials?

Yes, we can remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, needles, narcotics and other toxic substances.

 

However, we do charge a hazardous surcharge for these jobs which ranges between $60 and $120 per job depending on severity and load size.
